The online store Itoys.ge is a store where you can purchase toys of European quality that are safe for kids.

All information about online orders and data entered by the consumer are protected and confidential. The data are kept in the database of the website and accessible only for the team members.

The Consumer is entitled to return the good or cancel the order if:

• The product does not match the photo,
• the product has been damaged during the transportation or due to any other reasons,
• its colour and characteristics do not match those specified by the operator.

The Consumer shall inform the Shop about the cancelation of the order 1 hour ahead arrival of the courier. Otherwise the Company request the Consumer to cover the courier’s expenses totalling 5 GEL.

If the order could not be finalized, if characteristics of the good does not match those indicated on the website, the Consumer is entitled to request full refunding of the sum. The Company has one week to return the money. The refunding can be made only via bank transfer on the bank account. Otherwise the sum is not refundable.

The good is delivered within 2 work days since purchasing, through the courier’s service. The cost of the courier service is 5 GEL, and you pay this amount directly to the courier.
